PHAs are made up of larger molecules than other exfoliating acids, meaning they do not penetrate into the skin as deeply and instead work on the surface of the skin. • Gluconolactone is a high-performing PHA which breaks down the glue between dead skin cells so they are shed off with ease to reveal that covetable, glowing skin surface.
