HOW COLON HYDROTHERAPY WORKS?

They may also be advised to drink plenty of water to hydrate the body and soften the stool. Procedure Setup: The client lies comfortably on a specially designed bed/chair, in a private treatment room. A disposable speculum is then gently inserted into the rectum to allow water to enter the colon. Water Flow: Filtered water, at a carefully controlled temperature and pressure, is then introduced into the colon through a tube connected to the speculum. The water helps to soften and loosen waste material and debris that may have accumulated along the walls of the colon. Release of Waste: As the water fills the colon, use gentle massage techniques on the abdomen to aid the process. The waste material is then expelled from the body through a separate tube, carrying with it toxins, gas, and other unwanted substances. HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
This will depend on your condition. To begin with, it is generally recommended to have 3-4 sessions within a 10-14 day period to maximise results in cleaning the length of the colon and getting that great reset. We recommend 6 session to flush out the entire colon.

To get the most out of your treatment, we suggest making a few simple adjustments to your daily routine to prepare your body for the wonderful gift you're about to give it. But don't worry if you can't follow all of these recommendations perfectly—you'll still benefit from your colonic, even if you bend the rules a bit! It's crucial to drink plenty of water after your colonic to help your body continue flushing out toxins. Aim for at least 2 liters of filtered water per day, and if possible, opt for alkaline water for even better results. Here are some foods and drinks to avoid: -Red Meat -Alcohol, Coffee, and Soft Drinks -Wheat and Heavy Carbs (like white bread and pasta) -Processed junk food (such as sugar, chocolates, chips, cakes, and biscuits) And don't forget to chew your food thoroughly!
